Brief – Enhancement Contractor

Shrewsbury BID has been awarded capital funding to deliver accompanying capital works as part of a wider project of improvements.

We are seeking a contractor to manage and deliver a package of improvement works across several sites. The contractor will be responsible for carrying out physical works directly and for managing payments to sub-contractors for specialist tasks. A single contract sum will be paid to the appointed contractor; they will then procure and pay all sub-contractors required to complete the full scope.

We will remain directly involved in all design stages. We will nominate preferred contacts for writing, design, artwork, printing, vinyl/foamex production, and installation.
