DESCRIPTION:A one-day training course\, funded by the UKSPF Work in Shrewsbury project\, providing participants with an OFQUAL-regulated first aid training qualification. Certificates are valid for 3 years and meet all compliance and due diligence set out by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). \nThis course is designed for people who want to receive training in Emergency First Aid at work and is ideally suited for nominated first aiders in smaller\, low-risk working environments. \nAccess to 12 and 24-month online annual skills updates is available for all delegates to refresh their First Aid knowledge\, as well as being provided with a training manual with all the course content to refer back to. \nStarting at 9.30 am (9.15 am registration) until 4/4.30pm at Windsor House\, Windsor Place\, Shrewsbury\, SY12BY \nThere are limited spaces available on First Aid courses\, and they will be offered on a first come\, first served basis to Shrewsbury-based businesses with a maximum of three people per business. \nN.B. These courses fill up quickly and often have a waiting list. If you book but are then unavailable to attend the course\, please let stephanie@shrewsburybid.co.uk know as soon as possible so your space can be offered to another business. \nThis project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025.
