(APPLICATIONS CLOSED) Shrewsbury Moves Videography Brief Open for Tender  

Shrewsbury BID on behalf of the Big Town Plan Partnership is seeking a videographer to create a series of short, engaging narrative videos exploring the impact of our Shrewsbury Moves eBike hire scheme on the residents and workers taking part in Shrewsbury.

These videos will highlight personal stories through 3-4 case studies, illustrating how the e-bikes have influenced users’ mobility, daily lives, work-life balance, fitness, cost savings, etc. 

The appointed videographer will liaise with and gather footage of 3-4 individuals who have received sustainable ebikes through Shrewsbury Moves (the Shrewsbury BID team will propose subjects). Each case study should capture unique perspectives and demonstrate the broader benefits of the initiative. 

Key Deliverables

Four Short Narrative Films:

Each film centered on an individual case study

Blend of interview content and contextual footage

Highlight Reel:

A combined, overarching film (2-3 minutes) summarizing key themes and impacts from all case studies

Social Media Cuts:

Short clips (15-30 seconds) extracted from each narrative video for promotional use on social media platforms, in reel format 

How we will award this project 

Applicants will be scored on: 

  • Value for money (30%) 
  • Experience (30%) 
  • Response to the brief (30%) 
  • Location (10%) – we will prioritise applications from businesses based in Shrewsbury town centre  

The application deadline is 5pm on Thursday, 9th Jan.
