Shrewsbury BID, on behalf of the Big Town Plan Partnership, is seeking an event organiser to create and deliver activities over a 3-day period on the theme of movement that will take place in Shrewsbury Town Square, complemented by fringe events around the town. The Shrewsbury Moves Festival is scheduled for March 2025 and will promote and celebrate movement in Shrewsbury, with an emphasis on promoting sustainable travel options. 

Scope of Work: 

The organiser will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the festival, working closely with the Shrewsbury Moves team and local stakeholders to bring the vision to life. 

Budget

The indicative budget for this festival is £10,000. However, the budget will be worked on in more detail with the appointed organiser.
