In 2025, Shrewsbury BID moved offices to the first floor of St Vincent at 11a Fish Street. This move both saves the Shrewsbury BID organisation costs and supports a local independent business.

As part of the office move, we now have a boardroom, which is available for Shrewsbury BID members and external organisations to book.

The boardroom is available to book Tuesday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.

The room can seat 16 comfortably or up to 20. With high-quality AV facilities (download drivers mac and windows) plus a gigabit+ internet connection.

The room is set out in boardroom style, although you are welcome to rearrange to suit your needs as long as the space is returned to its original state.

Unfortunately, the boardroom is on the first floor and is not accessible.

Please note we do not have parking on site. Find information about car parks.

The space is available to hire for £100 for half a day and £175 for a full day.

Shrewsbury BID members can hire the space for free for the first time and at a 50% discount for each subsequent hire.

Room hire is exempt from VAT, although VAT will be charged on refreshments from St Vincent.
